Under her command, every market was battle-ready: snacks faced forward, coolers were [un]locked & loaded, and every team member standing proud, in proper uniform, name badge on the right. While others saw a place to grab a bite, GI Jacky saw strategic outposts in the ongoing mission to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

 

Her ascent to power was legendary, and her standards were clear: stay sharp, stay stocked, and never leave a guest behind.

Hardened by her years of service at the Battle of Kia,  alongside the Boys in Blue, and under August the Overseer, GI Jacky didn’t let a single COG go unmeasured.

 

More than a tactician, though, GI Jacky commanded her troops with vision and purpose. She knew every team member by name, celebrated every victory, and turned everyday challenges into missions worth conquering. She expected the best, because she was the best. She never asked them to go anywhere she wouldn’t go herself.

In the heat of operational battle, when lines were long and demand was high, there was no hesitation. Donning their Hamburgler shirts and shacket tactical vests, her troops would follow her anywhere, knowing their fearless leader had a plan, a purpose, and the physical prowess to fight off any halftime misdoers swarming 717.
